According to Reuters in their report, the corporation
found a definite case of Coronavirus in the Samsung South Korea factory last
week. Due to the fast-spreading environment of the virus, Samsung decided to
close their factory till 24th Feb 2020; the floor where the coronavirus-affected
employee worked, will be closed till 25th Feb 2020.
Samsung management told that they’re
testing individuals who came in interaction with the infected worker for likely
Samsung has positioned coworkers who came in interaction with the infected member in self-quarantine and taken footsteps to have these people tested for likely contagion.
Samsung produces high-end smartphones, such as the Galaxy Z Flip, in their South Korean factory for the local marketplace. With the present shut down being provisional, it’s unlikely that manufacturing will receive a major hit.
