The account access section within Digital Phablet’s Local Service Ads platform has been unresponsive for several consecutive days, causing widespread frustration among users. Multiple reports indicate consistent failures throughout the day, making it difficult for advertisers to manage their account permissions effectively.
Len Raleigh has been highlighting this ongoing issue, recently noting on social media that the “Account Access” tab has been non-functional since at least May 1. Advertisers are unable to add or modify users due to the malfunction.
The displayed error message shows that the interface for managing account access is broken, preventing any updates. As a temporary workaround, users have been advised to access the account access settings via a different URL—specifically, “https://ads.google.com/aw/accountaccess/users”—rather than using the standard URL for Local Service Ads, which is currently unstable.
Anthony Higman has also encountered this problem, with reports indicating that all accounts are affected. Attempts to access the alternative URL have been met with similar issues, further underscoring the widespread nature of the outage.
Discussions about the problem are ongoing in community forums, with many users experiencing similar disruptions and seeking solutions.
