Apple Car is in the brainstorming phase and will be released in 2024. It will be self-driven and powered by Artificial Intelligence.
The car will be released under Apple’s Project Titan. Apple started Protect Titan back in 2014, and since then, there have always been many rumors about the automated car being made. Apple also eyeing creating “Next Level” car batteries, according to Reuters.
Back at the start of December, Apple assigned AI Cheif John Giannadrea to take full control of Project Titan. He confirmed that Apple is building a car for the consumers, scheduled to be released in 2024.

While reaching towards the target to make Apple car, the company is eyeing to power up the existing electric vehicle by creating an eco-friendly and more powerful battery to give vehicles better battery mileage and price compatibility.
LIDAR Sensors
The vehicle will be filled with LIDAR sensors to make the AI much more efficient when shifting it to self-driving mode. It will be 10 times more efficient in sensing the distancing and maintaining the speed.

Apple had also acquired a Self Driving Car startup
Apple had acquired Drive.ai, a Self Driving Car startup, which shows that Apple will soon launch its own self-driving car.
Drive.ai came up with an interesting approach in the self-driving car industry. The interesting thing about this startup that AppleApple now acquired is that its kit can turn your regular daily use car into a self-driving one.

Previously, Drive.ai had raised around $77 million from crowdfunding from investors like Nvidia GPU Ventures and New Enterprise Associates.
Apple has acquired Drive.ai for an unveiled price tag. Business Insider had cited that Apple acquired Drive.ai just before it was shutting down.
Since the purchase price wasn’t told, Drive.ai was valued at around $200 million. A report by Axios also stated that dozens of Drive.ai engineers had joined the Apple team after its acquisition.
This news came after an information report back in June that Apple was eyeing to purchase Drive AI, to put their own engineers to create Apple Car.
On Thursday, the San Francisco Chronicle had reported that Drive.ai is shutting down and fires 90 employees by the end of June. Keeping an eye on it, Apple moves ahead with its purchase before it shut down.
Drive.ai’s product is unique in that one doesn’t have to build self-driving cars from scratch. The company manufactures the “Kits” that turn our daily regular cars into self-driving cars, just like Tesla.
Apple has invested a huge sum of money to create their own Apple self driving car.
Digital Phablet requested Apple’s spokesperson for a comment, but he chose not to respond immediately until the paperwork is done. But this vehicle will be a direct competitor to the best electric cars out there.
