Sniper Elite: Resistance brings players intense action and gripping challenges. In the shoes of Harry Hawker, your mission is to eliminate Nazis and take down Kleine Blume to protect the D-Day landings. However, there’s another tiny goal you can’t overlook: you need to locate a special little character.
This character is none other than a French Resistance Gnome. Finding this gnome and capturing a picture of him using Photo Mode will earn you the Lost Its Way Gnome trophy or achievement. However, he’s just a small figure in a vast campaign set against the backdrop of Nazi-occupied France. So, where can you find him?
How to Find the French Resistance Gnome
The gnome may be tiny, but he is relatively easy to spot. You can find him in the fourth mission, Collision Course.
To locate the gnome, make your way to the bridge. Keep in mind that this isn’t the large dam but rather the smaller bridge located near the starting area. There’s a village at one side of the bridge and a tank with two bunkers filled with soldiers on the other side.
About halfway across the bridge, on the side that overlooks the dam, you’ll discover the gnome nestled in one of the many small arches. Be cautious, as this spot is right in the line of sight of the tank, so you may want to act quickly or take care of the tank first.
How to Get the Lost Its Way Gnome Achievement/Trophy
Once you’ve found the gnome, getting the achievement is straightforward. All you need to do is open Photo Mode and take a screenshot of him.
To access Photo Mode, head to the main menu and select it. Position your camera to capture the gnome, hide the user interface, and press the screenshot button on your platform. After doing this, the achievement or trophy will appear, marking your success in completing one of the key objectives in Sniper Elite: Resistance.
Additionally, there are ten more gnomes to discover in Chapter 7: Lock, Stock, and Barrels. While these do not grant any achievements, collecting all of them will reward you with a gold medal.
