The puzzles in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle offer some of the most entertaining challenges in the game. Ranging from statues to doors, one of the more complex puzzles is the Three-Eyed Door puzzle found in the Gizeh section.
After you defeat the Giant Guardian boss in the catacombs, you’ll face a puzzle that requires you to use reflecting disc mirrors, open doors, and align symbols on a large door. You can open this door by directing beams of light onto the correct symbols, but initially, you only have one beam at your disposal. The real challenge comes from acquiring additional beams of light.
Activating All Mirrors
To kick things off, shine the first beam of light at the top-right circle symbol on the large door by adjusting the small mirror disc. This action will open a door to your left.
Enter this new room, where you’ll find another mirror disc that can be lighted through a gap in a fallen door. Shining the beam through this gap will allow you to illuminate another area in the main room, granting you access to a second mirror.
Next, adjust the mirrors to direct one beam at the middle-right icon and another at the top-left icon. This will open another door on the right side of the main room.
Once inside, you’ll discover a standalone mirror disc on the ground. Pick it up and take it to the room with the plinth that is missing a disc. This room is to the left of the one you just entered and should already be open. Place the mirror disc there.
Doing this will give you access to three light beams in the main room, allowing you to complete the puzzle and move on to the next stage.
Solution for the Three-Eyed Gate Puzzle
In the central room, you need to position one beam at the top symbol on the left, another at the bottom symbol on the left, and the last at the center icon on the right. This arrangement will complete the puzzle.
It doesn’t matter which beam points to which symbol as long as all three correct symbols are lit up.
