This Flower is inside a large jar near a hiding Shy Guy. To collect it, bait Behedger to attack, then leap out of the way so it breaks the jar and releases the Flower.

Found further into the level with underground water, you need to toss a nearby Little Mouser into a hole in the wall to retrieve it.
