Gizeh Medicine Bottle Locations in Indie and the Great Circle

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle offers a plethora of collectibles, but nothing compares to the satisfaction of discovering the Medicine Bottles scattered throughout its vast open environments. In the "A Remedy for All Discovery Quest," you’ll embark on a journey to find these essential items while cleverly evading fascists who are hoarding them.

The quest for 25 Medicine Bottles in Gizeh ramps up the excitement compared to the Vatican and provides Indiana with enough resources to access tier 2 upgrades for the Moxie and Shaping Up Adventure Books. After collecting them, take the bottles to Dr. Kafour in the Workers Area to enhance Indy’s stamina and health.

Completing the Cloud Atlas Mystery at the Meteorological Station will grant you the Gizeh Medicine exploration guide, directing you to every overlooked Medicine Bottle in Gizeh.

Medicine Bottle Locations in the Gizeh Workers Area

Your adventure in Gizeh kicks off at the Workers Area, where you can find the first two Medicine Bottles. However, it’s advisable to wait until after encountering Nawal and acquiring the Digsite Outfit, as your regular attire may attract unwanted attention from the Nazi guards.

#	Location Description
1	First Medicine Bottle: Located inside the first tent on the left within the restricted area. Since you won’t have the Wehrmacht Outfit yet, you’ll have to sneak through a hole in the fence and quietly slip into the tent without alerting the guards.
2	Second Medicine Bottle: This one is found near the entrance to the Sphinx Temple Ruins, which is located just north of the Workers Area.

Medicine Bottle Locations in the Great Sphinx

Three additional Medicine Bottles can be found in the Great Sphinx area. As part of the Sanctuary of the Guardians quest, you’ll search this region while looking for a Stele, making it an opportune moment to snag the Medicine Bottles. If you miss them, don’t worry—you can always return later.

#	Location Description
1	First Medicine Bottle: Right in front of the Sphinx’s left paw.
2	Second Medicine Bottle: Continue a bit past the entrance to the dig site and look for a crane above. Use your whip on the crane’s hook to ascend; you’ll find a Medicine Bottle perched on top of a wooden box. Build some momentum and leap to reach the platform with the collectible.
3	Third Medicine Bottle: Located near the back of the Great Sphinx, where there’s an entrance to a tomb. Go inside to pick up the Medicine Bottle.

Medicine Bottle Locations in the Khentkawes Excavation Site

The Khentkawes Excavation area lies directly west of the Great Sphinx and contains five more Medicine Bottles for you to find.

#	Location Description
1	First Medicine Bottle: Found next to a zipline on a high platform made of giant blocks north of the Khentkawes Excavation signpost.
2	Second Medicine Bottle: To the east of the signpost, spot a truck in the distance; check its back for a Medicine Bottle.
3	Third Medicine Bottle: Inside a tent that overlooks the Tomb of Khentkawes, along the road to the west of the Workers Area.
4	Fourth Medicine Bottle: Follow the road west from the signpost and find it in a trench. Be cautious; some Nazis guard this area, and you’ll need to eliminate them before grabbing the bottle.
5	Fifth Medicine Bottle: Head southwest from the trench until you come across a lone tent by a tomb entrance. To help locate it, it’s directly east of the winding road leading to the Mortuary Temple Ruins.

Medicine Bottle Locations in the Tomb of Khentkawes

South of the Khentkawes Excavation, you’ll discover the Tomb of Khentkawes, which hides six Medicine Bottles. This area is well-guarded, making stealth essential to collect these items.

To ease your quest, grab the Wehrmacht Outfit from the guard tower you encounter after escaping the Nazi Compound. Wearing the disguise will help you navigate past the guards and collect the Medicine Bottles without raising any alarms.

#	Location Description
1	First Medicine Bottle: Found in a tent within the water station area, located west of the tomb.
2	Second Medicine Bottle: In a small corner in the southeastern section of the tomb, look for a bottle on a table next to a sleeping enemy.
3	Third Medicine Bottle: On a table under a tent in the northeast section of the tomb, accompanied by a note that triggers the A Thief’s Promise Mystery.
4	Fourth Medicine Bottle: Located in the room before the flooded section while you search for the generator to power the elevator for The Secret Of The Queen Mother Fieldwork.
5	Fifth Medicine Bottle: After activating the elevator, send it to the level below you, then ascend to the highest level and ride the elevator back up. Jump on top and ride it until it stops.
6	Sixth Medicine Bottle: South of the dig site, enter the ruins and navigate inside. You’ll find the bottle on scaffolding, requiring you to swing between frameworks to reach it.

Medicine Bottle Locations in the Nazi Compound

As you advance through the main story in Gizeh, you’ll find a secret tunnel to sneak into the Nazi Compound, targeting Voss’s office. This area contains four Medicine Bottles.

#	Location Description
1	First Medicine Bottle: Located inside Voss’s bedroom in the headquarters building.
2	Second Medicine Bottle: Behind the locked door on the upper floor of the detention center where you confront Voss. You can unlock it using the Wehrmacht Key you’ll find alongside the outfit.
3	Third Medicine Bottle: In the strategy room of the main headquarters; there’s another locked door toward the back that also requires the same key.
4	Fourth Medicine Bottle: East of the headquarters, there’s a small cabin where you’ll find a Medicine Bottle inside.

Medicine Bottle Locations in the Nazi Vehicle Garage and Recreational Area

The Nazi Vehicle Garage and Recreational Area are located next to each other, positioned east of the Khafre Excavation Site and north of the Khentkawes Excavation. One Medicine Bottle will be found in each area.

#	Location Description
1	First Medicine Bottle: On a desk near the Nazi Cinema in the Recreational Area.
2	Second Medicine Bottle: Next to the sinks inside the sleeping barracks in the Vehicle Garage.

Medicine Bottle Locations in the Khafre Excavation Site

The final few Medicine Bottles are hidden in the Khafre Excavation Site and the nearby Mortuary Temple Ruins to the south.

#	Location Description
1	First Medicine Bottle: Inside the mess tent, which you may visit during Professor Savage’s A Savage Predicament Fieldwork.
2	Second Medicine Bottle: Located inside a cave to the south of the dig site, the same cave you’ll escape from after saving Sydney for Professor Savage.
3	Third Medicine Bottle: In a small camp facing the Great Pyramid of Gizeh. This area is initially guarded by Nazis but will be replaced by wild dogs after completing the Idol of Ra quest.
