Any game that emphasizes style often considers outfits as a key feature. In Pragmata, while fashion isn’t the ultimate goal, it still feels great to look good. Luckily, outfits are unlocked fairly early and continue to be available as you progress. There’s a good variety for both Diana and Hugh, and here’s how to unlock all of them.

How to Unlock New Outfits
Most outfits are obtained through the Bingo Board system. After finishing the Solar Power Plant Sector, you’ll meet Cabin and learn about the Bingo Board, which offers a range of mysterious prizes. Outfits are unlocked using Cabin Coins, which you can find throughout the game. There are multiple Bingo Boards, and each features at least one outfit.
A few exceptions exist. Completing the game unlocks a special outfit, as does a post-game activity that grants outfits for both Hugh and Diana. Plus, outfits from the deluxe edition are available as well.
Do Outfits Have Any Effects?
Outfits are purely for looks—they don’t affect gameplay. Feel free to wear any outfit you like without worrying about how it impacts your experience. Hugh’s outfits tend to have more dramatic changes compared to Diana’s early gear, though her post-game outfits introduce more variation.
