For a fast way to make money, focus on the trending jobs available each in-game day. These jobs, which are available from 9 AM to 5 PM, can be completed swiftly, often taking just a few minutes each. They provide four times the payout of regular jobs, rewarding you with $2,000 per task.
Note: Combined with the daily allowance you receive for checking the ATM, you can earn $5,000 daily without much effort.

Keep in mind that any decorations in your previous house will not carry over to the new one unless you remove them first.
