Amazing Frog? is an entertaining and unpredictable sandbox game where players can explore and engage in various activities. As the name suggests, you take on the role of a frog, creating all sorts of funny chaos in the eccentric town of Swindon. You can invite up to four friends to join you, amplifying the fun and mayhem even further.
The game includes fun collectibles, like cute little cats, some of which can be found on the Moon. If you’re on a mission to discover all the cats hidden in the Moon’s intriguing and risky landscape, this guide will assist you!
All Cat Locations on the Moon
Once you land on the Moon, there are a total of 10 cats to find. Similar to the cats in Swindon, you’ll need to return them to a specific location here as well. Instead of using a cat carrier, this time you have to place them in small rockets.
To locate the rockets, exit the crater where your base is situated. While still inside the crater, face the shelter you spawned in and fly outward. Once you’re outside, stop near the outer rim of the shelter and walk directly ahead with your back to the crater.
As you navigate to your rockets, you’ll find a crater filled with them. Make sure to place the cats only in the rockets with open lids.
It’s crucial to locate all the cats in order, similar to your mission in Swindon. If you don’t find them sequentially, they won’t appear in the expected spots. Follow the order outlined in this guide. Successfully collecting all 10 cats will reward you with the Space Cat Head accessory.
Finding the First Cat
To locate the first cat, exit your base and look for it on the roof of the building where your shelter is situated, near the green device that spawns weapons.
Finding the Second Cat
For the second cat, fly out of the crater and check the middle satellite dish of three visible outside. It will be on top of that satellite dish.
Finding the Third Cat
To find this cat, exit the crater and position yourself directly opposite the area with the three satellite dishes. Look for a green pipe-like structure, and the cat will be at the base of it.
Finding the Fourth Cat
To discover the fourth cat, exit your spawn crater and head towards a large frog statue in the distance. Stand beside the frog’s leg that’s closest to the crater. Turn back toward the base and walk to the edge of the cliff where the statue is positioned.
Next, turn left while keeping the base behind you on the right and continue along the cliff’s edge. You’ll find this cat at the end of the cliff.
Finding the Fifth Cat
Exit your base’s crater and make your way to the three satellite dishes. Then, move in the direction the middle satellite dish is facing. You will arrive at a rocky area near a cluster of suspended space satellites, and the cat can be found perched on a rock.
If you’re having trouble, search the pathway aligned with the direction of the three satellite dishes. With your back to the second blue light alongside the road and the frog statue, proceed straight ahead. You’ll spot the cat on the second small rock in your path.
Finding the Sixth Cat
To find the sixth cat, exit the crater where your base is located. Use your balloon jetpack to elevate and head toward the three satellite dishes. Keep going until you reach the next fork in the path; take the left path keeping the large frog statue behind you. At the next fork, turn left again and enter a large crater that has a big blue launcher. Fly over to the launcher and beyond that, you will see a hill outside the crater. Adjacent to this hill, you’ll find a smaller crater with a rock in the center. Space worms spawn around this crater; search around the rock to locate the cat.
If the space worms are blocking your way, distract them or eliminate them before returning to grab the cat.
Finding the Seventh Cat
Securing this cat is easy. Just fly out from your base’s crater and make your way to the small crater filled with rockets for the cats. Just past that crater, you’ll notice a hill with a small blue launcher, identifiable by its glow. Behind this blue launcher, you will discover the cat.
Finding the Eighth Cat
To track down this cat, exit the crater associated with your base. Once you’re outside, position yourself facing the three satellite dishes. Turn around and follow the path ahead. When the path splits, you’ll find a hill on your left featuring the Space Invaders game.
Climb this hill, and as you progress along, keep an eye out for a green pipe-like device next to a buggy. The cat is located near this device.
Finding the Ninth Cat
To find this cat, start at the shelter where you spawned. There are two doors here; go through the one without an ‘Exit’ sign. Walk straight down the corridor to discover the cat near the door at the end.
When you are ready to take the cat out, place it near the hatch and press the button to open the door. As soon as the hatch opens, promptly grab the cat before the door closes.
Finding the Tenth Cat
To find this final cat, ascend from your base’s crater using the jetpack. Hover up to reach the circular path around the base’s crater. Move toward the section behind the base’s shelter, keeping the three satellite dishes on your right side.
Continue on this path until you reach a platform with a parked buggy. At this point, the path divides; take the left path and carry on until you find a crater on your right that features three ant hills. You’ll discover the cat resting on a rock inside this crater with the ant hills.
