Quests play a crucial role in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, whether you’re just starting out or have been exploring the island for a while. From easy tutorial quests at the game’s beginning to more complex quests that open up new areas, there’s nearly limitless content available. One quest you can eventually tackle is Island Champions.
This guide will explain how to complete Island Champions in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. We will go over what you need to start the quest and provide a step-by-step on how to find some hidden characters.
Requirements To Start Island Champions
The requirements to kick off Island Champions are straightforward, but you first have to finish a couple of preliminary quests. In total, you need to complete two quests:
- A Challenging Rescue – This quest unlocks Big Challenges and Tophat.
- A Long Awaited Introduction – This quest unlocks Wish Me Mell.
Completing both quests can be quite challenging, so don’t expect to unlock Island Champions early in the game.
How To Start Island Champions
Once you’ve fulfilled the prerequisites, you can talk to Tophat and Big Challenges to begin the quest. They will explain that they want to organize a special event for everyone on the island. After your conversation, your next task is to gather Pompompurin, Pekkle, and Wish Me Mell.
This part is fairly easy; just find these characters and chat with them. After talking to all three, return to Tophat. A delightful little ceremony will take place, and then you’ll dive into the first challenge, which is Hide and Seek.
How To Find Everyone In Hide And Seek
In Hide and Seek, you’ll be tasked with locating Badtz-Maru, Keroppi, Hello Kitty, and Pompompurin. These characters will be scattered throughout the Seaside Resort. Although you will see a general area for each character on the map, their exact spots won’t be marked.

How To Complete Island Champions
After you’ve found everyone, return to Tophat for another chat. More rounds of Hide and Seek will be mentioned, but you don’t need to participate in those; they happen quite quickly. Once the quest concludes, you’ll have to wait a day before starting the next quest in the series, called Magma Master.
