After your RV gets destroyed at the start of Schedule 1, you’ll need to find a new home, like a motel room. While you could stay there, there are larger and more appealing options available, each with its own set of advantages and disadvantages.
However, acquiring different properties, especially larger ones, can take time and a significant amount of money. If you’re seeking more space in a central location without emptying your wallet too soon, consider purchasing the Stash And Dash storage facility.
Schedule 1 is currently available in Early Access on Steam, so details may change or be updated later.
How to Buy the Storage Unit Property
To acquire the Stash And Dash facility, visit Ray’s Realty located on the east side of the city, right next to Bleuball’s Boutique and just down the street from the Post Office.
The Post Office is also available for purchase from Ray’s Realty for $10,000 and is one of four places where you can launder money, allowing you to bypass the weekly deposit limit.
Chat with Ray, choose the purchase property option, and you’ll see a list of one to five properties available based on what you’ve already bought.
The Stash And Dash is one of the more affordable options, priced at $5,000. Just ensure you have this amount in your bank, as you cannot buy properties or businesses with cash on hand.
How to Locate and Utilize the Stash And Dash Facility
You can find the Stash And Dash facility under the North Overpass, easily located by going across the street and slightly south of the Motel.
The property has two floors, with two entrances on the north side and one on the back, facing the Hyland Point Range.
Inside, there’s a large storage unit that serves as another base, complete with a save point on the wall and room for storage shelves, production tables, and beds for you and any employees you might hire.
As of this article, the second floor and the additional two storage rooms are currently off-limits, but they may become available in the future.
This facility is also one of the first to include a Loading Dock, allowing items to be delivered to you, and you can assign Handlers to move items automatically to storage if you’ve set their routes correctly.
The storage area is versatile, serving as a general storage space for products or ingredients, which means you won’t have to travel to a more distant base or secondary cooking facility while you work towards larger locations like the Bungalow or the Barn.
