Even during its early access phase, Hades 2 was packed with engaging content, exciting gameplay, and some of the coolest characters around. Familiar Forms are mostly a late-game feature. You’ll need to complete a lengthy checklist of tasks to access them.
The good part is that most of these tasks will happen naturally as you play, so you won’t have to go out of your way too much. Still, if you want to get started as soon as possible, be prepared for a bit of a wait if you’re fresh to the game.

Unlocking Familiar Forms
Once you’ve fulfilled all prerequisites, you can finally unlock the forms. First, start a run on the surface and head to the Rift of Thessaly—the second region accessible by boat. Play until you reach Circe, who will give you the Incantation needed to unlock the Familiar Forms.
Note: If you meet all the requirements, Circe will have a special dialogue before you choose your Offering. If you don’t see this, it means you’re missing something. Commonly, that’s having at least 20 Witch’s Delight or 30 Grasp; check that these milestones are hit, then try again.
After obtaining the Alteration of Familiar Forms Incantation from Circe, finish your current run and return to the large cauldron at the Crossroads. Here, with the right items, you can craft the Incantation.
Once you’ve created it, go to the Training Grounds. Approach your preferred Familiar and select the Form option (press R2/RT). This will show all available forms, such as Daemonic, Cherubic, or Moon-Touched, each with its own specific materials needed to unlock.
