On April 21, in Hangzhou, Ezviz hosted its latest product launch event under the theme “Driving Intelligence Forward,” unveiling a lineup of innovative smart devices. Among the new releases were the local AI Central CoreX, the portable AI camera Pika, the Y31 series smart locks, and the Starry 10 series steam mopping robots. The company also announced an upgrade to its brand mission, emphasizing a commitment to creating a better life through secure, intelligent technology.
The highlight of the launch was the debut of AI CoreX, Ezviz’s first local large-scale model host designed specifically for home use. Powered by the Blue Ocean Model 2.0 and Home Vita AI agent, it boasts 24GB + 128GB of memory and 64 teraflops of computing power. The device can aggregate messages from all household devices, generate highlights from recorded footage, and perform natural language searches. Compatible with Ezviz’s full product ecosystem and third-party Matter protocol devices, AI CoreX is set to make its debut in international markets first.
Another notable product is Pika, a smart camera created specifically with children in mind. Weighing just 80 grams, Pika features front and rear 4K cameras, built-in GPS and Beidou positioning systems, and dual 4G SIM cards with lifetime free data. It supports high-definition two-way video calls and can recognize and identify objects around it. The device also responds to smart queries, encouraging curiosity with its interactive capabilities.
The Y31 Ultra smart lock combines security with advanced technology. It features a 4.4-inch outdoor OLED display and a panoramic lens, supporting 360-degree monitoring, facial recognition, and fingerprint access. Based on Blue Ocean Model 2.0, the lock’s AI assistant supports 3D avatar interactions and a “Shanhai Guardian Beast” gameplay feature. Additional functionalities include human presence detection, child exit alerts, and package monitoring.
Ezviz also introduced the Starry 10 Master steam robot, which employs a dual-engine, dual-hot water cleaning system. It comes equipped with dual blowers generating 36,000Pa of suction, along with 190°C steam and 95°C hot water for thorough cleaning. The robot’s lifetime filtration system utilizes water vapor distillation, enabling water recycling without replacements, and it can even extract moisture from the air to replenish its water tank.
In addition to hardware announcements, Ezviz partnered with the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and the Shanghai East China Telecom Research Institute to publish the white paper “Three-Dimensional Trust: AI Visual IoT Operations Security.” The company also launched a global children’s safety awareness project called “EyeHeart Explore the World,” in collaboration with the China Children’s Safety Organization, aiming to promote safer digital environments for young users.
