Google listened to its customers and decided to pair up with Microsoft to bring Windows 10 apps on Chromebook by the end of 2020.

The feature will be only available to the Enterprise devices such as Dell Latitude 5400 Chromebook that is an Enterprise device and this option will not be available for all Chromebooks.
