Pebbles is among the first horses you’ll encounter in the early stages of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. While she may not be the top choice, you have the opportunity to enhance her abilities by unlocking her hidden perk.
You can acquire Pebbles in one of two ways: by either purchasing her or persuading the horse trader to give her to you for free. This guide will walk you through how to get Pebbles and unlock her unique perk in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
How to Acquire Pebbles in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2?
Head southwest from Troskowitz until you reach the Semine stables, where you can find various horses, including Pebbles.

At the stables, you can either buy Pebbles from the horse trader, Groom Ballatay, or try to convince him to give her to you for free. It’s advisable to use saviour schnapps before attempting to persuade the trader, as it makes the skill check easier. Simply ask him to be reasonable, and you should receive Pebbles without too much hassle.

If persuasion isn’t your style, you can take Pebbles through theft. First, go to Tachov and speak with the blacksmith Radovan about buying lockpicks. Once you have them, return to the Semine stables and wait until nightfall, when Ballatay goes home to sleep.

Peering through the window, confirm that he’s asleep. Then, lockpick his main door and his room door to break in.

Press X to start robbing him. Keep in mind that this is time-sensitive; if you linger, you might get caught. After collecting the cash, wait until he returns to the stables the following day, and purchase Pebbles from him for 160 Groschens, using the money you just stole.
