There are 22 crawlers available, and as you unlock them, you’ll notice that some are more effective than others.
Since there are many characters to choose from and some need to be unlocked first, it helps to know which ones are the best for your runs. Here is a tier list ranking all the vampire crawlers in the game, to guide you on who to prioritize for stronger gameplay.
Complete Vampire Crawlers Tier List
S+ Tier
- MissingNO: This character has incredible stats, providing a lot of benefits throughout your run. They draw cards when you play the most common cards—Red cards—giving you access to many options. Card drawing is a crucial advantage, making MissingNO a top choice for building powerful combos.
S Tier
- Giovanna Grana: She boosts key stats like Hand and Mana, and like MissingNO, she draws cards by using Purple Mana instead of Red. This ability helps you build strong strategies and sustain your attacks during a run.
- Pugnala Provola: Starting with +2 Hand is a big boost, making her more flexible early on. She also draws cards from Yellow support cards, helping you draw more and power up your moves.
- O’Sole Meeo: Provides a Red attack card that generates a Wild card, enabling continuous combos and sustained offensive pressure.
A Tier
- Porta Ladonna: Her main strength is adding one Mana whenever a Red card is played, allowing you to keep using your combos without relying solely on Purple cards.
- Poe Ratcho: While not in S-tier, she has solid stats and starts with good support like Mana, cards, and damage. She draws cards from Blue support cards, offering a safe but less optimal option for card draw.
- Arca Ladonna: She can double Purple cards and increases Mana when they are played, making her easier to set up strong combos.
- Imelda Belpaese: Grants EXP each time she’s played, so she levels up faster, helping you build a deck with powerful combos and infinite strategies.
- Krochi Freetto: The only character who grants revival, which is a huge advantage. His kit can combo into itself, making him an extremely strong choice.
- Iguana Gallo Valletto: Has high starting stats and provides enough coins during runs to buy upgrades, with abilities focused on earning money, making him a versatile support character.
B Tier
- Pasqualina Belpaese: She can increase your Hand by one with Purple cards, and starts with one of the strongest Red cards, making her a decent pick.
- Poppea Pecorina: Offers good stats and a balanced starting deck, with Mana, card draw, and damage options for a steady game plan.
- Suor Clerici: Has decent stats and is one of two characters capable of healing, which is rare and very helpful since healing options are limited in the game.
C Tier
- Antonio Belpaese: Despite having useful attacks or decent stats, he doesn’t offer game-changing skills or opportunities that significantly enhance your runs.
- Gennaro Belpaese
- Lama Ladonna
- Dommario
- Christine Davain
- Concetta Caciotta
- Yata Cavallo
- Bianca Ramba
- Mortaccio
These characters have some utility but lack the powerful or unique abilities needed to be more competitive for high-level plays. They might have decent attacks or stats but don’t provide significant advantages like key combo-building skills or support mechanics.
