Conan Exiles Enhanced offers an expansive world filled with endless opportunities to grow and develop a thriving civilization. One of the key things you need to manage is your food supply and the herbs required for crafting.
When your base starts to fill up with responsibilities, we’re here to help you check some tasks off your list. One way to do this is by building a farm so you and your thralls won’t have to worry about running out of food.

### How to Start a Farm
To begin farming in Conan Exiles, the first step is to place a compost bin. This device allows you to turn rotten meat and other waste into compost, which can then be used to fertilize your crops.
As you gather plant materials such as flowers and fiber, you also have a chance to collect seeds from the nodes. These seeds can be stored and later planted in a planter at your base. Here are the different types of seeds you can find:
### All Seeds
– Aloe Seeds
– Asura’s Glory Seeds
– Black Lotus Seeds
– Crimson Lotus Seeds
– Desert Berry-Bush Seeds
– False Mandrake Seeds
– Frost Lotus Seeds
– Golden Lotus Seeds
– Grey Lotus Seeds
– Highlands Berry-Bush Seeds
– Hops Seeds
– Leavening Plant Seeds
– Lupin Seeds
– Midnight Blue Flower Seeds
– Orange Phykos Cuttings
– Purple Lotus Seeds
– Fiber Seeds
– True Indigo Seeds
– Yellow Lotus Seeds
Plants typically take about ten minutes to grow, but some may take nearly twenty minutes to fully mature. Once ready, you can harvest the plants to add to your supplies, then plant more seeds to keep the cycle going.
Growing your own crops is a smart way to ensure a steady supply of fiber, aloe, and flowers for dyes, without having to search all over the map for respawning natural nodes.
