S-Tier Characters
Zero
Zero is the main character and always there when the scene is quiet. Whether you’re in your vehicle or completing the main story, Zero is your constant companion.
- Male Zero: Voiced by Hunter McCoy, known for Deuce Spade in Disney Twisted Wonderland: The Animation and Polyester in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.
- Female Zero: Voiced by Suzie Yeung, recognizable for Fuuka Yamagishi in Persona, Yuffie Kisaragi in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and Makima in Chainsaw Man.
Baicang
You encounter Baicang early in the story. If you pull him from the Scarborough Fair gacha, you’ll get one of the strongest S-Class Espers, known for summoning Power Words that deal excellent Incantation damage.
- Griffin Burns voices him. Fans of Genshin Impact will recognize Burns as Childe (Tartaglia). Anime fans might recognize Muichiro from Demon Slayer.
Chiz
Chiz is lively and bubbly, representing the Pink Paws bank in Hethereau. She quickly flags down Zero to ask about setting up an account. She’s also a Cosmos Esper, making her a dynamic team partner.
- She’s voiced by Alice Himora, known for her work in Honkai: Star Rail (Robin) and Zenless Zone Zero (Nekomiya Mana).
Daffodil
Daffodil is a unique Chaos Esper at launch and the only one of her kind in NTE. She assists in the main story and supports your Incantation Espers with her Chaos attacks.
- Voice actress Natalie Van Sistine has over 130 credits, including characters in My Hero Academia and Chainsaw Man.
Fadia
Fadia is mysterious, with Psyche abilities that make her a strong support character. She redirects damage and impresses her team with her Synthesis arcs.
- Amber Lee Connors, a veteran with more than 450 credits, voices her. Connors has also worked on Genshin Impact (Amber), Zenless Zone Zero (Remielle), Jujutsu Kaisen (Mei Mei), and Attack on Titan (Pieck).
Hathor
Hathor is a Lakshana courier with a one-winged design who rides into battle on her motorcycle, using her Ultimate to defeat enemies quickly.
- Allegra Clark, known for her roles as Acheron in Honkai: Star Rail and Beidou in Genshin Impact, also voices her. Clark’s other anime work includes Jujutsu Kaisen and Attack on Titan.
Jiuyuan
Jiuyuan has a versatile role with her Anima combat style, capable of handling multiple elements. She’s a good main DPS, burst damage dealer, or crowd control Esper.

Nanally
Nanally is the spirited, loudest of the Colucci kids at the antiques shop. She’s a limited-time character from the Scarborough Fair gacha—so grab her when you can!
- Brittany Lauda, with more than 270 IMDb credits, has appeared in Fire Emblem Shadows, Fatal Frame 2, Fire Force, and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.
Sakiri
Sakiri is another Colucci kid who excels at crowd control and buffs with her Ultimate. She’s a valuable Incantation Esper.
- Briana Knickerbocker voices her; she has over 160 credits, including Story of Seasons, Demon Slayer, and Shiboyugi. If you use Hu Tao in Genshin Impact, her voice will sound familiar!
A-Tier Characters
Adler
Adler is a free-to-play character who is essential for sustain. He’s your first chance to experience Incantation damage, often present in the main story.
- Voiced by Jacob Craner, known for roles such as Antal in Arknights: Endfield and Morda in Infinity Nikki. His anime work includes Reincarnated as a Slime.
Aurelia
Aurelia appears through the Scarborough Fair gacha as a bonus Esper, known for her strong Psyche damage.

Edgar
