Doom: Find All Artillery Cannon Locations in The Dark Ages

Here’s a unique rewrite of the provided content in American English:

To complete two mission challenges in Doom: The Dark Ages, you must destroy all artillery cannons, which are spread across large areas in the two levels where they appear. You’ll need to explore extensively to find all seven cannons in these levels. The loud explosions and smoke trails from these large weapons should help you locate them, so keep your senses alert.

If you’re eager to finish this challenge swiftly without scouring the battlefield for the cannons, I’ve detailed the specific locations for each one below. Simply follow the map and look for the green shield bash target on each cannon to reduce them to rubble. Below are the cannon locations in Siege – Part 1 and Resurrection.

Artillery Cannon Locations in Siege – Part 1

In the Siege – Part 1 level, you’ll encounter four artillery cannons. Destroying all of them will allow you to complete the Siege Breaker challenge, earning you the Revenant skin for the Combat Shotgun.

When viewing the map, align it so that the large doorway leading to the battlefield is at the bottom. In this orientation, the first two cannons are on the left side while the third and fourth are on the right. Each cannon is situated on top of piles of gold, indicated by icons on the map, which you can also use to acquire top upgrades in Doom: The Dark Ages.

Here are the specific locations of the four artillery cannons in Siege – Part 1:

Siege – Part 1 Artillery Cannon 1

Take the top-left path, veering left, and pass through an archway. You’ll come across a wooden barricade blocking a sloped path that can be smashed through. Continue up this path to destroy the first cannon at the end.

Siege – Part 1 Artillery Cannon 2

Head towards the small clearing in the village near the main leader combat encounter at the far left of the map to find the second cannon.

Siege – Part 1 Artillery Cannon 3

Pass the Sentinel Shrine closest to the large gate, then turn right. Cross the river and ascend the hill to locate the third cannon, which is guarded by several shield soldiers.

Siege – Part 1 Artillery Cannon 4

This cannon is exposed near the leader combat area located on the far right side of the map. It’s situated opposite the nearest Sentinel Shrine and not far from a gold chest behind a gate.

Artillery Cannon Locations in Resurrection

In the Resurrection level, you’ll find three artillery cannons that need to be taken out to complete the Cannon Crusher challenge and earn 50 gold.

As before, when matching your map to the images below, ensure it’s oriented with the entrance path and first combat area at the bottom of your screen. Here’s where to find the three cannons:

Resurrection Artillery Cannon 1

From the first arena near the entrance of this large section of the map, make your way to the arena in the top right corner. In the center of this area, you’ll find the artillery cannon perched on a wooden platform.

Resurrection Artillery Cannon 2

Head to the top-left section of the map, where there’s a small fort area. You’ll notice the artillery cannon on the edge of the fort. Navigate around the fort and use the climbing wall to reach the top and destroy the cannon, which opens a hole in the floor that leads to a secret area with resources.

Resurrection Artillery Cannon 3

The last cannon is positioned at the top of the map, near a fortress wall at the end of a bridge and close to the Wraithstone statue. Be sure to also break the wolf statue on the castle wall for access to the Wraithstone.

There are numerous other puzzles and challenges to tackle, including locating the two Doom: The Dark Ages Spire of Nerathul Wraithstones and solving the rotating water room puzzle.

This version maintains the essential information while presenting it in a fresh way.
