As you step into your first village in Rune Factory: Guardians Of Azuma, the initial days are all about familiarizing yourself with the locals and the game’s mechanics. Soon enough, you’ll discover that earning money is a major aspect of the game, essential for constructing buildings and crafting equipment.
While you can increase your income by hiring villagers to work at various shops, the quickest way to amass wealth is by selling items. Fortunately, you can sell nearly everything if you take the right steps.
How to Sell Seeds and Equipment
In Rune Factory: Guardians Of Azuma, there are two primary methods for selling items. You can either place them in the Shipping Shed and automatically receive payment the following day, or you can visit local merchants, browse their inventory, and choose the “Sell” option.
While many merchants across different villages offer this service, you also have the option to create your own merchants by establishing specific shops in development zones. These custom merchants don’t have selling limits, and you’ll receive payment instantly—making it a more efficient choice than waiting for sales through the Shipping Shed.
Tips for Efficient Selling
- If your villagers are tending to your crops, fruit trees, or barns, they’ll automatically deposit the items into the Shipping Shed.
- To keep these items for yourself, check the shed before the day ends to collect them.
When you access the selling menu at either the Shipping Shed or a merchant, you’ll see the items available in your inventory. However, you can also sell equipment, seeds, and items from your storage crate. Look at the top of your inventory screen to find buttons that let you switch between different menus.
As you cycle through these options—such as seeds, tools, and your storage box—you can select any item for sale. Merchants will offer a fair price, making this an effective way to earn money, especially since you will automatically gain extra seeds as you level them up.
