In Schedule 1, you’ll spend a lot of time managing deals, mixing new products, and acquiring properties. However, it’s also important to take a break now and then. You might consider decorating one of your spaces to feel more like home or dedicating some time to organizing your areas.
If you’re looking for a way to unwind while still possibly earning some cash, you can visit Hyland Point’s after-hours-only casino. It offers a selection of betting games, including the intriguingly straightforward game called Ride The Bus.
Schedule 1 is now in Early Access on Steam, so details provided may change in the future.
Understanding Ride The Bus
Ride The Bus is one of the few games available at the casino located on the northeast side of Hyland Point, near the Stash And Dash Storage Facility and the parking garage, where dealer Brad Crosby is located.
You can earn some extra money in the late afternoon and evening if you’re willing to take a chance. Sometimes you can even double your wager, leading to a small profit.
Hyland Point Casino operates from 4 PM to 4 AM, but you can continue playing even if you need to sleep to progress to the next day.
The casino is located in the right corner of the building and is operated by Jennifer Rivera, who could also become a customer. Ride The Bus is a guessing game where you can bet between 10 to 500 dollars per game.
In Ride The Bus, you must successfully navigate four rounds of guessing, each with different challenges and odds, and each round has a limited time for your decision:
- In the first round, guess if the card will be Red or Black. If you win, the multiplier doubles your potential payout.
- For the second round, determine if the next card will be higher or lower than the first one drawn. Winning here triples your potential payout.
-
In the third round, guess whether the next card falls “Inside” or “Outside” the two cards previously drawn. A correct guess quadruples your payout.
- A card is “Inside” if its number lies between the two previously drawn numbers. For example, if the draws were five and nine, guessing seven would be correct.
- A card is “Outside” if it falls outside that range. For instance, if you drew five and nine, then drawing a Jack would confirm your guess as correct.
- Finally, in the fourth round, you’ll guess the specific suit of the next card—Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds, or Spades. Correctly predicting this can multiply your payout by 20, thereby concluding the game.
Your base bet impacts your winnings. For instance, if you start with a 200 dollar bet, winning round one doubles it to 400, and a win in round three could elevate it to 1,000.
Tips for Winning at Ride The Bus

Round One
For the first round, either Red or Black is a valid guess, making this basically a 50/50 chance. The second round builds on these odds.
Round Two

In the second round, you’ll need to choose if the next card will be higher or lower than the most recently drawn card, guided by what you have:
- If your drawn card is five or below, opt for Higher, as your odds increase significantly for the next card.
- If the card is between six and ten, your best move might be to Forfeit, as you face a near 50/50 scenario. However, if you wish to continue, aim for the answer that reflects a greater number of possible outcomes.
Round Three

The third round introduces more complexity, asking you to guess whether the next card is “Inside” or “Outside” the range of the first two cards drawn.
Your strategy will hinge on the spacing of the two numbers. If the range between the two cards is seven or more, go for “Inside,” as it’s statistically more likely for the next card to fall into that range. Conversely, if the gap is less than four, opt for “Outside,” as you’ll have more available options outside those numbers. If the range falls between five and six, consider Forfeiting as it again circles back to a 50/50 choice.
Round Four

In the final round, you will guess the suit of the last card. While it may seem like just a 25% chance to get it right, aim for a suit that hasn’t been played yet in the round, as that boosts your odds for a win.
If you’re stuck choosing between two suits, it may be best to Forfeit and secure your winnings instead of returning to the near 50/50 odds.
