Hello Kitty Island Adventure offers a treasure trove of activities as you explore the island and forge new friendships. With various quests and intriguing puzzle rooms, there’s always something to engage with. Additionally, you have the chance to join in on several fun mini games.
This guide will explore all six mini games found in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. While the games are generally easy to understand, we’ll provide tips on how to master each one.
How to Play Mini Games
To participate in mini games, you’ll need a Game Ticket. This ticket grants you entry to a mini game, and thankfully, they are relatively easy to obtain. Each day, three Game Tickets will appear in the Seaside Resort plaza, where you start your daily adventures.
You can also earn Game Tickets through weekly quests and special events. For instance, during the Luck and Lanterns Celebration, Game Tickets may be awarded as a daily prize.
Once you unlock Badtz-maru’s Gamer ability at friendship level nine, you can enjoy one free mini game attempt per day, as long as Badtz-maru is your companion.
Bogging for Apples
- Location: Spooky Swamp (south of the Fishing Well near the hedge maze entrance)
The first mini game, Bogging for Apples, involves chasing down white apples scattered around a maze. With 25 apples to collect in 60 seconds, the challenge is straightforward but can be complicated due to the maze layout. To efficiently collect all 25 apples, consider using a speed-boosting ability.
Using Pochacco’s Speed Walker ability lets you move faster, while Pompompurin’s Pudding Pants ability allows you to leap over obstacles, saving time on backtracking. You might also brew a Speedy Walking Potion through potion-making with Kuromi, which pairs well with Pudding Pants but doesn’t work with Pochacco’s speed boost.

Seapony Racing

Have you ever wanted to be a seapony racer? While this game isn’t quite a race, you can bet on seaponies and potentially win rewards. After spending a Game Ticket, you’ll select a seapony to back in a race.

Timing is crucial; practice anticipating the movement of the boxes to increase your chances of grabbing them.
Rewards
In Crane Craze, rewards differ from other mini games. If you miss a crate, you’ll receive three Pollen Puffs, while successful catches yield items specific to what’s inside each box.
