Creative App, a renowned retail brand, held its 2026 global partnership summit today in Guangzhou. During the event, founder Ye Guofu revealed exciting developments in their proprietary intellectual property, “YOYO,” which has been experiencing rapid growth. The company is currently working on developing a humanoid robot based on YOYO, aiming to bring a new level of innovation to their product lineup.
Ye shared that the YOYO robot is being designed to be an affordable option, with a target price in the range of several thousand dollars, and is envisioned to offer lifelong companionship to users. This initiative reflects Creative App’s strategic focus on integrating artificial intelligence with their brand IP, a move expected to shape the company’s future direction.
Financial reports presented at the event indicated strong growth for Creative App. In the third quarter of 2025, the company’s total revenue reached nearly 5.8 billion yuan (approximately $900 million), marking a 28% increase year-over-year and surpassing the 5 billion yuan mark for the first time in a single quarter. However, net profit attributable to the parent company declined by 31% to 441 million yuan (about $68 million).
The company also reported significant expansion in its retail footprint. The total number of stores now stands at 8,183—an increase of 718 locations compared to the previous year—breaking the 8,000-store milestone. During the same quarter, the company added 233 new stores, reflecting ongoing growth in its retail network.
