In response to the ongoing catastrophic wildfires in the Los Angeles area, many prominent musicians have united for FireAid, which features two substantial benefit performances on Thursday, January 30th at separate Los Angeles locations. If attending in person isn’t an option, the concerts will be streamed on multiple platforms, and you can find all the information you need below.
What is FireAid?
FireAid aims to assist in the recovery of communities impacted by the wildfires that have affected 45 square miles of densely populated areas in LA County, resulting in 28 confirmed fatalities. Proceeds from the event will be allocated towards “immediate relief efforts and long-term strategies to mitigate future wildfire disasters,” according to a press release.
The dual concerts will take place at two Inglewood venues that have not been affected by the fires: the Intuit Dome, beginning at 6:00 PM PST, and the Kia Forum, which will kick off at 7:30 PM PST. Attendees will need to choose the performance they wish to attend.
