The Addams Family is back with explosions of humor and chaos in the sneak peek of Wednesday season 2.
Netflix has unveiled the official trailer for the upcoming second season of Wednesday, the supernatural comedy centering on the daughter of the Addams Family, who possesses a twisted sense of humor and psychic abilities. Jenna Ortega reprises her iconic role, a performance that has propelled her into the spotlight.
This time, Wednesday is back at Nevermore Academy, where her brother Pugsley (Isaac Ordonez) will also join as a student. Their parents, Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones) and Gomez Addams (Luis Guzmán), are not too far behind and will have a more significant presence on campus.
Upon her return to Nevermore, Wednesday confidently states, “I already know where the bodies are buried.”

Wednesday season 2 promises to showcase more of our favorite student as she plays the role of a crime-solving detective tackling a new murder mystery while diving deeper into the mystery surrounding her parents.
The returning cast includes Emma Myers as Enid Sinclair, Sunday as Bianca Barclay, Moosa Mostafa as Eugene, Georgie Farmer as Ajax, and Fred Armisen as Uncle Fester, among others.
This season also welcomes several new faces, including Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, Noah B. Taylor, Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Lumley, Thandiwe Newton, Frances O’Connor, Haley Joel Osment, Heather Matarazzo, and Joonas Suatamo.
Directed by the visionary Tim Burton, who will also serve as an executive producer, Wednesday continues to be shaped by creators and showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar.

Season 1 of Wednesday received widespread acclaim, securing four Emmy Awards and nominations for both Outstanding Comedy Series and Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series (Jenna Ortega). Its success in viewership numbers positions it as the most popular English-language series on Netflix.
