1. Check Your Mute Switch and Volume Settings

Next, while on the Home screen, adjust the ringer volume using the volume buttons. Remember, you need to be on the Home screen to do this.

2. If It Rings, but It’s Too Quiet

If your phone rings, but the sound isn’t loud enough, try testing the speakers:

Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone. Choose the "Old Phone" ringtone to see if it plays loudly. If it does, you can switch back to your preferred ringtone.
Check your Attention Aware Features by visiting Settings > Face ID & Passcode. If this feature is on, it will lower the sound when it detects you’re looking at the screen.

3. If Your iPhone Doesn’t Ring at All
