The reveal of Elden Ring Nightreign took everyone by surprise at The Game Awards 2024. Many believed Shadow of the Erdtree would mark the final journey in The Lands Between, making this new development feel rather sudden coming off the heels of its release. Unlike previous expansions, Elden Ring Nightreign introduces a distinct co-op experience set in a parallel universe to Elden Ring, drawing inspiration from battle royales and extraction shooters. If you’re intrigued or perhaps puzzled by this, here’s a guide on how to enroll in the beta to get early access.
How to Sign Up for the Elden Ring Nightreign Beta
The beta for Elden Ring Nightreign is slated for February, though specific dates and duration haven’t been officially disclosed yet.
Step 1: Check the official Elden Ring Nightreign website starting January 10.
You may also want to subscribe to their newsletter to receive updates directly.
Step 2: On or after January 10, sign up for a chance to be chosen for participation.
Step 3: Await further instructions on how to join the beta.
Currently, it appears that the beta will only be available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, leaving PC users unable to join this round. However, additional tests may open opportunities for all platforms in the future, but we’ll have to wait and see.
Participants will experience “a portion of the game,” but details regarding the specific characters and bosses included during this beta, which will launch in February, remain under wraps. We look forward to discovering what awaits us.
