If you’re having trouble updating the firmware on your Blackwire 5220 headset, don’t worry—here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you do it manually.
First, go to the website lens.poly.com and sign in using your account credentials. Once you’re logged in, look for the “Manage” section and click on “Software Versions.” In the search bar, type in “Blackwire 5220” to find the specific headset model.
Next, find and download the latest firmware version available for your headset. After downloading, open the Poly Lens application on your computer. In the app, select the firmware file you just downloaded to start the update process.
Make sure your headset is connected during this process, and allow it some time to complete the update. Once it’s finished, restart your headset and check if the firmware is now up to date.
