How to Dismantle Equipment in Avowed
Any piece of armor or weapon can be dismantled through the pause menu. When you select the item, look at the bottom of its description to see what materials it will yield upon dismantling. Generally, the components you recover will match the materials needed for upgrading similar types of gear—wands, for instance, will provide materials necessary for upgrading other wands.
Step 1: Identify a piece of gear you’re willing to dismantle and won’t mind losing.
