Zhuang Fangyi is an Electric Arts unit, best suited for electro teams that focus on stacking Electrified effects. However, there are many ways to build her in Arknights: Endfield to maximize her strengths, using her best weapons, talents, and gear to turn her into a strong character in your lineup.

Zhuang Fangyi’s Top Weapons and Gear

We first encountered Zhuang Fangyi in Endfield as a vital character in the story, and now she’s one of the best Electric operators introduced recently. If you’ve mastered generating Electrified stacks on enemies, she will be crucial in dealing high damage and maximizing their effects.

Her main stat is Will, and she also has a high Intellect stat. This makes her an effective striker, especially for single-target damage, so choose gear and weapons accordingly.

Best Weapons for Zhuang Fangyi

Her signature weapon is the Lone Barge, a 6-star Arts unit, available from the Arsenal Exchange and during her Headhunting banner. It significantly boosts Will and Attack and greatly amplifies her Electric damage, especially when her Battle Skill is upgraded.

If you don’t have Lone Barge, other good options include:

Flickers in the Mist – a 6-star Arts unit available through the Protocol Pass, offering good improvements in Intellect, Arts Damage, and Critical Rate, making it a versatile replacement.
Oblivion – also a 6-star Arts unit from the Arsenal Exchange, and a great secondary choice if Lone Barge isn’t available. It boosts both Will and Arts Damage, with her Twilight skill increasing Critical Rate and further enhancing Arts damage.

Gear Recommendations

For gear, focus on items that enhance her Will and Intellect:

Xiranflow Set: When consuming Electrification or Corrosion, grants buff stacks based on the status level of the Art Reaction. Best pieces include Light Armor, Gloves, and Baton.
Mordvolt Resistant Gear Pack: Adds 24% Will and a 5% Attack boost when using skills, ideal for maintaining her damage output. Recommended gear pieces are Vest T1, Gloves T1, and Wrench T1.

Optimal Teams for Zhuang Fangyi

Her strongest team compositions usually include operators who can apply or benefit from Electrified stacks, like Perlica and Arclight.

Perlica is crucial because her ability to inflict Electrification helps Zhuang Fangyi’s skill uptime, especially since her own cooldowns can be long.
Arclight supports her through consistent SP regeneration, which she needs to spam her skills. Her Electric inflictions also boost Arclight’s Combo Skill, making them a powerful duo.
Adding Avywenna with her Thunderlance attacks offers a further Electric boost, complementing Zhuang Fangyi’s abilities.

Her Combo Skill provides a powerful method to apply Electrification to enemies, especially when enhanced by her Ultimate. Focus on upgrading this second, for more effective Electrification application.
