There are many unusual activities to explore and hidden rewards to discover in High On Life 2. Some of these require paying close attention to your surroundings and having patience. If you’re into 20th-century sitcoms and games that make references to them, you’ll notice a fun Easter Egg when you come across a Frasier-themed crane machine in The Quarters.
If you enjoy playful references and don’t mind spending some time trying your luck at the crane machine, you can earn the hidden “Where’s Marris?” trophy or achievement with a bit of persistence.
Where to Find the Crane Machine
After completing the Human Zoo mission, you’ll return to The Quarters. At any later time, go to the lower level where Jorb’s shop is located. Nearby, you’ll see a crane machine beside some other arcade games.
Once there, as long as you have some pesos, you can start playing with the crane machine.
How to Earn the “Where’s Marris?” Trophy/Achievement
To unlock this achievement or trophy, you need to collect all seven pillows from the machine.
The seven pillows are:
- Niles Crane
- Eddie Crane
- Frasier
- Roz Doyle
- Martin Crane
- Bob “Bulldog” Brisco
- Daphne Moon
Sometimes, instead of a pillow, you’ll receive pesos as a reward for successfully grabbing a ball. It’s common not to get a pillow every time, especially if attempts aren’t aligned with a prize directly below. You might also end up with a duplicate pillow, which doesn’t count towards your collection. If you receive money, it still counts as a successful attempt, and sometimes it even grants you a free try.
Each attempt at the crane machine is random, so it might take many tries to collect all seven pillows.
Additional Tips
- Make sure there are prizes beneath the crane before attempting; if they’re not aligned, your attempt might be unsuccessful.
- Only duplicates are considered unsuccessful attempts.
- Each successful grab generally rewards you with a pillow, but occasionally, you might just get pesos.
- Keep trying; patience is key since completing the collection requires multiple attempts.
Collection Completion
Once you’ve gathered all seven pillows, the achievement or trophy will pop up to show you’ve finished. You can then head upstairs to your bedroom, where all seven pillows will be displayed on your bed — featuring some somewhat creepy faces.
