In Bloodlines 2, you’ll face a key decision: who should you give Benny to — Ryong or Katsumi — after his violent rampage against thin-bloods? This choice feels especially important because Ryong is the Prince of Seattle, essentially the city’s ruler, while Katsumi leads the Anarchs, a sizable and angry group of vampires outside the traditional authority.
Both characters have valid points. Ryong wants to keep control by handling Benny as her runaway sheriff. Meanwhile, Katsumi argues that Benny’s actions have made the thin-bloods and the Anarchs very upset. Handing him over to her could prevent a larger conflict.
This choice seems significant, since both Ryong and Katsumi are powerful figures—you’ll want to consider the consequences. However, you don’t need to worry too much: whether you turn Benny over to Ryong or Katsumi, the game’s story continues in largely the same way. In both cases, Ryong’s decisions stay consistent, with only minor differences in dialogue. You’ll still encounter the same enemies, and both characters will have missions for you after your decision.
In the end, this choice doesn’t lead to any major change in the game’s outcome. Benny simply disappears, and the story proceeds as usual. There’s no way to fail this part; people will react with either happiness or anger, but it won’t alter your game’s progression or story significantly.
