Where to get the Festival Recipes
At the beginning of the event, you’ll get a call from Atara. She’ll also give you a Popcorn Serving Cart, which lets you prepare special dishes and drinks during the festival. To start cooking, you need to buy recipes from Massimo, who is outside his restaurant. Once you have the recipes, you can experiment and create festival treats.
