Near the end of Borderlands 4, there’s a hidden collectible hunt that’s easy to overlook. There are no challenge counters or map markers—just 15 secret burritos scattered across the central city of Dominion. Grab a pen and paper, because missing even one will send you back to search again.
Completing this tricky, nostalgic treasure hunt doesn’t reward you with an ultra-rare gun or gear. Instead, you get a floating golden burrito and a couple of red chests. It’s a modest reward, but the real prize is unlocking the rare achievement “Guac is Extra” and earning some bragging rights.
All Burritos in the Carcadia District
Before looking for burritos, you need to finish The Falling Wall to unlock Dominion.
1. Burrito #1
The first burrito is southeast of the Carcadia district, near the Mosmellow Retreat point of interest.
Go to the roof of a makeshift house; a piece of metal sticking out of the wall has a burrito on top. Climb up and shoot it down.
2. Burrito #2
Almost directly north, near The Groaning Core, you’ll find the second burrito. An echo log nearby will guide you to it. It’s hidden under the bench to the right of the toilet at the end of the hallway.
3. Burrito #3
In a lower shanty town in a yellow swamp, next to a checkpoint and a safehouse, you’ll see a Kratch hive on a cracked wall. A burrito sticks out from on top of the hive.
4. Burrito #4
The next one is further south at a house beside a big sewer pipe. Look on the balcony, on top of a crate.
5. Burrito #5
The last in this district is wedged between a propaganda speaker and an echo log to the south. Nearby, at the end of a bridge with a bus stop behind it, is where you’ll find the final burrito.
All Burritos in the Terminus District
You need to complete Means of Ascent to unlock this area.
1. Burrito #1
Just below the Food Court safehouse, a street food stall called Whimsy Willies has a burrito on the counter to the right.
2. Burrito #2
Head east to a checkpoint, then find a rundown building marked “Keep Out.” In a makeshift cubicle behind six lockers and a stairwell, the burrito is on top of a toilet.
3. Burrito #3
Go south to the Tempered Manufactorium—an ‘H’ shape structure—and find an outdoor laundromat called “24h Get the Funk Out.” The burrito is beside a washing machine.
4. Burrito #4
From the Frantic Scrawl, head into a tunnel via the left staircase. Inside, a food stall has a burrito on the top shelf.
5. Burrito #5
Further south, below an echo log and east of a propaganda speaker, you’ll find three squares of water. North of the left square, at the Mr. Cucur Bills market, the burrito is hidden under the right stack of pumpkins.
All Burritos in the Fades District
You must complete Means of Ascent to access the Fades district as well.
1. Burrito #1
From Zadra’s Lab, go toward the wall separating the Fades and Carcadia. Near a Vault Hunter’s Guide to Kairos collectible, find a small platform. Under the staircase leading up, it’s resting on some crates.
2. Burrito #2
North of the district, in a swamp, an abandoned ripper camp with a hanging corpse at the entrance has a burrito in the left hand of the corpse.
3. Burrito #3
Further along the swamp, near the wall dividing the district from the central tower, small shacks have been turned into homes. An echo log here will lead straight to the burrito, tucked beside a crate under a wooden pallet and beside a parasol.
4. Burrito #4
South of the safehouse, found by another echo log, the burrito is hidden among shrubs next to a tree planted in a concrete planter.
5. Burrito #5
The last burrito here is between a propaganda speaker and a vault symbol, on a rooftop with an outdoor pool overlooking a dome. Behind the boombox on a pallet, in the shadows, is where you’ll find it.
Upper Dominion
Getting all 15 burritos is necessary to access Upper Dominion, which is unlocked during the final mission, The Timekeeper’s Order. Don’t worry if you miss it; you can return after finishing the game.
1. Dave the Burrito
Head to the northern vault symbol behind a waterfall. Once there, turn right to find a new pathway. Follow it to the end, where a golden, spinning Dave Burrito awaits. Approaching it triggers the “Guac is Extra” achievement.
