How to Obtain the Advanced Shield

The Advanced Shield boasts a shield value of 1800 and is the most robust shield in Palworld. To craft it, you must have advanced significantly in the game and reach level 60, enhanced by the Feybreak Upgrade. Achieving this level is no small feat, but once you do, having the best gear, including this shield, becomes essential.

To unlock the blueprint for this shield, you’ll need to accumulate a total of five technology points. Like other high-level gear, the Advanced Shield can be crafted only at the Production Assembly Line II. To create the Advanced Shield, you will need the following materials:

Ancient Civilization Parts	The most effective way to gather Ancient Civilization Parts is by defeating Alpha Bosses. These bosses are found in set locations, making it easy to farm them by defeating the lower-level ones. You can also collect these parts by taking down bosses at the end of dungeons.
Paldium Fragment	If you’re level 60, obtaining 200 Paldium Fragments should be straightforward. You can easily collect them using the Crusher. To gather 200 Paldium Fragments, you will need 1,000 Stone.
Hexolite	To make 50 Hexolite, you will need 250 Chromite, 600 Hexolite Quartz, and 1,000 Ore. After gathering these items, you can create Hexolite using the Gigantic Furnace. Head to Feybreak Island to find Chromite and Hexolite Quartz. Chromite can be located underground and is invisible to the naked eye, but you can find it using a Metal Detector or Smokie’s partner skill. For Hexolite Quartz, just explore Feybreak Island.
Ancient Civilization Core	To acquire the Ancient Civilization Core, you need to defeat one of the game’s challenging Raid Bosses, Bellanoir Libero. Each victory against him will yield 2 Ancient Civilization Cores.
