Top Spot for Cooling Fan Completing in Arc Raiders

Cooling fans are a rare type of recyclable material found in technological areas in Arc Raiders. These fans are quite uncommon, and after exploring various tech points, we’ve only managed to gather four or five of them. You’ll need these fans for your caravan project to upgrade your status in the game, so be careful not to recycle any unless necessary.

We believe one of the best places to find cooling fans is inside the Space Travel building in Buried City. This building is great for looting overall and is included in our top loot spots guide. Inside, you’ll find many lockers filled with technological equipment, which might contain cooling fans.

Best Place to Find Cooling Fans

We’ve researched various maps and found that, while some larger buildings at Spaceport also contain potential for cooling fans, the Space Travel building at Buried City offers the best chances. The building has several floors, each with rooms housing large tech devices resembling server cabinets.

Each of these cabinets can drop a cooling fan when you break into and search them. However, the Space Travel building can be tough to loot because of multiple hazards like fireballs and heavy player activity. Usually, we suggest bringing a basic loadout for looting missions, but given the area’s difficulty, extra equipment may be necessary.

Pro Tip: Don’t miss the room at the top of the building on the sixth floor. The barricaded door there hides a lot of loot, including additional server rooms where cooling fans might be found.
