The top sniper rifle in Battlefield 6 and Redsec isn’t really in question right now. There are only four options in the game, and one clearly stands out. The sniper rifle meta in both games is pretty straightforward: since quick-scoping tends to favor DMRs, snipers need to excel in range, power, and accuracy. With that in mind, it’s obvious that the M2010 ESR is the dominant sniper rifle in both Battlefield titles at the moment.
Best Battlefield Redsec Sniper Rifles
The leading sniper rifles in Redsec right now are as follows:
- M2010 ESR: This starting rifle is simply too good to pass up. It strikes a great balance of range, damage, and precision, making it ideal for open spaces like the golf course surroundings or the lighthouse coast.
- Mini Scout: While not quite as powerful as the ESR, the Scout offers a mix of speed and versatility, making it a solid choice if you want something slightly different that still performs well.
Although we’ve listed two options for choice, the reality is that the battlefield’s weapon scene for Redsec is largely dominated by the ESR. A true sniper should probably stick with it. To make the most of it, aim for rooftop positions or open areas where you can pick off enemies from afar. Keep in mind, with armor plating now in play, it’s going to take more shots to eliminate enemies than before.
Best Battlefield 6 Sniper Rifles
In Battlefield 6 multiplayer, the game’s sniper scene is nearly identical to Redsec. The best pick remains the M2010 ESR. It’s not ideal for tight urban maps like Cairo, but that’s typical for snipers, as they work best in larger maps such as Liberation Peak and Firestorm, where shooting from long distances is easier. If aiming and scanning for targets is tricky, try equipping the Battlefield 6 Range Finder attachment to improve your accuracy.
