Getting the Blueprint isn’t guaranteed, but farming in lockers, breachable metal containers, and locked rooms during Night Raids greatly improves your chances. The Blueprint’s drop rate gets a buff during Electromagnetic Storms and Night Raids, so playing during these events is the best way to hunt for it.
