If you’ve reached the point where you’ve received the “Eyes On The Prize” quest from Tian Wen in Arc Raiders, you’ve already helped her with some of her personal matters in the Topside, mainly around the Buried City. This is the final part of that quest chain.
By now, you’ve uncovered clues about the people sabotaging Tian Wen’s supplies and have taken some action against them. Now, you need to further protect her belongings by wiring a solar panel on a hidden rooftop.
Where to Find the Hidden Roof Deck
Before starting the Eyes On The Prize quest, it’s best to have three wires in your inventory. You might already have some stored away, but if not, you can find them in electrical areas or by recycling items like Power Cables or Batteries. Once you have the wires, head over to the map for the Buried City.
Look for a rooftop near the Southern Station, which you can see at the bottom edge of Plaza Rosa in the south. To reach this rooftop, start in the middle of the cluster of buildings just below Plaza Rosa. From there, climb onto the western building, then continue west along the rooftop.
As you go, you’ll notice a small bridge connecting to a terrace with blue tarps on the right side. This rooftop is the one you need to complete this part of the quest. Once you arrive there, you’ll be ready to wire the solar panel.
How to Connect the Solar Panel
You’ll need the three wires you collected earlier. On the western side of the terrace, you’ll find a yellow panel with an interaction icon. If you have all three wires, interact with this panel to complete the wiring and finish the quest.
If you arrive at the panel without wires, try checking nearby buildings. They aren’t hard to find and could hold the wires you need. Once you connect the wires, the quest will be complete.
