After grabbing those items, continue down the hall to find a box next to some stairs. Smash this box to get eight more bullets, enough to handle the zombie on the stairs.
Continue upstairs into the Bar & Lounge. Here, you’ll face three enemies, including a zombie Singer. If you’re early in the game or low on ammo, it’s often safer to sneak past these enemies rather than fighting them. On easier difficulty levels, a few knife swings or shots might do the trick, but on higher difficulties, it’s wise to avoid conflict until you have more resources.
Finally, move around to the left and behind the bar. On the bar counter, you will find Grace’s S&S M232 handgun, ready for you to pick up.
