How to Grow Tree Essences in a Garden
In MySims, gardening is more than just planting beautiful trees; it’s an engaging activity to cultivate essential essences that aid in revitalizing your town. Whether you choose to grow apples, thorns, or even magical plants, your garden can become the core of your creative adventures.
With just the right amount of water, care, and fertilizer, your essences will flourish, allowing you to gather them for crafting and building projects. If you’re eager to dive into gardening, this guide will provide you with the tips you need to succeed and transform your town into a vibrant paradise. Let’s get started!
How to Grow Tree Essences in a Garden
To kick off your gardening journey, head to a garden area located south of your house or in a small plot to the east of your workshop. Once you arrive, you can start planting essences. Just click the plant button, choose the essence you’d like to grow, and then click OK to confirm. Your selected essence will be planted in the garden.
Watering
Regular watering is crucial for speeding up the growth of your new essences. Make sure to water them consistently to help them thrive. Once your essence tree reaches maturity, you’ll be able to collect the essences it produces.
Fertilizing
If you’re looking to harvest essences quickly, you can fertilize your tree to encourage it to drop all of its essences at once, making the process much more efficient!
However, be cautious with fertilization. Overdoing it can harm the tree, potentially leading to its death. Use this technique sparingly unless you’re specifically looking for Dead Wood essence.
Chopping
In addition to gathering essences, you can chop down trees to collect their wood. This is a useful way to gather materials, but be aware that metal trees will yield metal instead. You can find both Light Wood and Dark Wood in your garden. If your garden becomes overcrowded, you’ll need to chop down some trees to make space for new plants.
After cutting down a tree, remember to stomp on the stump to clear the area for new plantings.
With these tips, you’re all set to create a flourishing garden that can support your creative endeavors in MySims!
