Palworld includes a range of distinctive structures that you can use along with your Pals to create buildings and items or to generate resources. One of the key resources for your base is electricity, which is essential for running many advanced structures.
Typically, electricity becomes necessary around the mid-game when you unlock the power generator. However, the Feybreak update has introduced Human-Powered Generators, allowing you to generate electricity using your Pals much earlier in the game.
How to Obtain the Human-Powered Generator
You can unlock the Human-Powered Generator from the Technology menu as soon as you reach level 13 with one Technology Point. Once you’ve unlocked it and gathered all necessary materials, you can find this structure under the Infrastructure tab in the build menu.
Required Materials |
How to Obtain |
---|---|
50x Wood |
Wood can be easily gathered by chopping down trees with an axe. If you don’t have an axe, you can use weapons or your Pals’ abilities to hit the trees, which will yield wood as a drop. |
5x Electric Organ |
Electric-type Pals will drop Electric Organs when captured or defeated. |
How to Utilize the Human-Powered Generator
Despite its name, the Human-Powered Generator is actually powered by your Pals. This structure creates electricity that can be used to run machines within your base that need power. Notably, the Human-Powered Generator does not require electric-type Pals to function.
You can only assign small Pals of any type to this generator. While they work there, their SAN will decrease rapidly, though they will gain experience to help them level up.
If you don’t manually assign Pals to the Human-Powered Generator, any small Pal currently deployed at your base will automatically begin working there.
Compared to both the Power Generator and the Large Power Generator, the Human-Powered Generator requires a significantly longer time to recharge. Keep in mind that you cannot assign larger Pals to this structure, irrespective of their skill set.
