Using Hikari

The most effective way to tackle this quest is with Hikari. Challenge the Sleepy Fisherman right where you find him. During the challenge, use Hikari’s sword to break the fisherman’s 2 shields and defeat him.

Using Ochette

Alternatively, you can choose to provoke the fisherman using Ochette. Additionally, employing Akala in this battle is advisable since the fisherman is particularly weak against bow and sword attacks.
