For the first location, finish a side quest and travel to Conning Creek in Octopath Traveler 2. Speak with the Fisherman NPC, who will reward you with the Octopuff Pot.
Proceed to Crossed Paths in Montwise during Ochette’s Chapter 2 for the second location. Completing the “Will Research for Money” side quest from the Octopus Researcher will reward you with another Octopuff Pot.
