To locate the manual, go to a small cave north of Hernand, just west of the bridge you crossed when arriving in the area. It’s a quick trip from either place, and you can ride your horse to get there faster.
You’ll find this hidden cave by a cliffside at the spot shown above. It’s hard to see from a distance, but once you’re nearby, it becomes clear. Just climb up to the cave entrance and step inside.

Upon entering, you’ll find a witch’s alchemy lab filled with different items. On the right side of the room, you’ll see the Palmar Pill Crafting Manual. Grab it and open it up to learn how to craft Palmar Pills.
Making Palmar Pills
Like many items in Crimson Desert, you’ll need a cauldron to brew Palmar Pills. There’s a cauldron on the left side of the cave that you can use right away. To craft the pills, you’ll need 2 Water and 15 Rosemary. If you don’t have enough Rosemary, you can swap in other ingredients.
