Power is a vital resource for Speranza in Arc Raiders because, as a fully underground city, they rely heavily on electricity to keep everything running—lights, medical equipment, and generators. They mainly get their power by maintaining electrical stations on the surface, as their infrastructure and machinery are still operational above ground.
These electrical stations are at risk due to dangers from above, including electromagnetic storms and the deadly ARC machines that originally destroyed humanity. When a worker is injured or an electrical station needs repair, it’s up to a Raider like you to step in and fix the problem.
How to Find Evidence of the Worker
Power Out is another quest in the game, unlocked after completing the previous quest, Prescriptions Of The Past. This mission takes you to the Spaceport, where you need to visit the Electrical Substation located on the southeastern edge of the map.
Enter the main part of the station, which is made of concrete walls. Look across from the power box near the fence for a container. Interact with this container to update your second quest objective.

During the quest, you’ll need to head to the Southeastern Spaceport’s electrical substation. Once there, find the main section of the station, and on the side, locate a container. Opening this container will cause a large fuse brick to drop. Pick up the fuse and bring it to the highlighted, open section of the power box. Insert the fuse, flip the switch, and restore power. After turning the power back on, you are free to extract.
When you return to Speranza, talk to Celeste at her shop to complete the mission.

Note that the electrical substation, although not a designated loot spot, can contain some useful loot like wires, batteries, and electrical components inside containers.
As a reward for this straightforward task, you’ll gain experience points, the Bag Variant for the Radio Renegade Outfit, and additional supplies including five Wires, five Explosive Compounds, and five Oil. Completing this quest also unlocks the next mission, Flickering Threat.
