How to Unlock the Greatest OMNI Carnival
You unlock the Greatest OMNI Carnival after finishing the main story quest, The Violence of Humans. Once completed, Volcanomon will message you through the Digiline. Go to the Factorial Area to unlock and access the OMNI Carnival.
Initially, only a few challenges will be available, but more will become accessible as you complete main and side quests.
