Fighting through the chapters of Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive involves keeping track of many things—stats to upgrade, teams to assemble, items to pick up during battles, monsters to defeat, and more. Once some of those dangerous monsters are defeated, they can be turned from enemies into allies.
There are several optional pets in Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive that you can add to your team. Each pet offers useful benefits in exchange for accompanying your team during missions. Here’s an overview of each pet, what they do, and how to get them.
How To Use Pets
Before starting a mission, go to the team formation screen. Pause briefly and look for the paw icon in the bottom left corner of the team setup menu, next to a small plus sign. If you’ve already unlocked a pet, this is where you can choose to add a pet to your team for the next adventure.
Pets are cute, smaller versions of the terrifying monsters you’ll encounter. They are made gentle and friendly so they can follow you around on missions, providing various benefits.
When you have a pet on your team, it will help gather resources nearby, sometimes breaking away from formation to pick up helpful items you might not see. Pets will also collect loot dropped after battles, saving you the trouble.
