When you first start Heartopia, you’ll be able to make some minor adjustments to your character’s look. A message will appear saying you can change your appearance later in the game. Not only will you get access to new clothes, but you’ll also unlock new hair styles and eye colors as you progress and unlock different features.
How to Change Your Appearance
When you begin the game, you’ll need to complete the tutorial until you reach the town and start interacting with shop owners. On your way to town, you’ll find a flyer on the ground after talking to an adorable kitten.
Take this flyer to the clothing store and give it to Dorothee to unlock the “My New Clothes” quest. Follow her as she unpacks, and you’ll eventually be able to purchase new outfits from the shop. Continue this storyline, and you’ll also unlock the Dress-Up feature, which lets you change your clothes anytime.

Looking in the mirror, you’ll see more options for eye shapes, eye colors, hairstyles, beards, face makeup, eyebrows, and other features. To unlock these, you need to raise your D.G. Member level.
As you increase your D.G. Member level, you’ll unlock new physical features. For example, at level six, you’ll gain access to new eye colors, pupils, hair styles, hair colors, eyebrows, beards, and face paint options.
